11.17 When issued a clearance to land and hold
short of an intersecting runway, pilots
- shall comply regardless of the circumstances.
- may taxi across the intersection after the departing
or arriving aircraft has cleared their path.
- who inadvertently go through the intersection should
immediately do a 180° turn and backtrack to the hold
position.
- should immediately inform ATC if they are unable to
comply.
